Abstract:Objective To discusses the application effect of refinement management platform developed by Internet of Things
technology in endoscope management. Methods The data acquisition device was installed on the host of the endoscopic device,
and the image of the equipment workstation was collected in real time. The text information was recognized and extracted by
image recognition technology, and the data was interfaced with the hospital system through the data interface. The big data analysis
method was used to present data information in visual form. Results The management platform could dynamically grasp the use of
endoscopy, and there was no statistical difference between the management platform and manual statistics (P>0.05), indicating that
the management platform was highly consistent with the manual statistics, and the system was reliable. The management platform
realized automatic accounting of the single machine benefit, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) compared with
the manual calculation results of our hospital, indicating that the management platform could greatly improve the accuracy of single
machine benefit calculation. The equipment management department had richer supervision and service means, which was conducive
to improve the equipment integrity rate and fixed assets management mode. Conclusion The application of the precise management
platform of endoscopic equipment based on the Internet of Things can realize the dynamic control of the equipment utilization
and the automatic accounting of the economic benefits of the single machine, so as to provide data support for the meticulous
management of the endoscopic equipment, and lay a good foundation for the next step to build the fine management platform of the
large-scale medical equipment in the whole hospital.
