Abstract:Objective To design and implement a remote monitoring system of positive pressure biological protective clothing based
on the Internet of Things, so as to strengthen the information interaction ability between the operators wearing positive pressure
protective suit and the rear control center. Methods The micro-environment parameters in the protective clothing and the operating
parameters of the power air supply device were monitored by sensor technology and wireless communication technology, and
the Internet of Things cloud platform can be built to store real-time data information., and the C/S software architecture was used
to develop Android applications in Java language and HTTP protocol for data transmission, SQLite database was used for data
storage management. Results A total of 4 wearers in the same room, adjacent rooms, with a distance of ≤500 m and ≥1000 m
were monitored synchronously in real time and 40 groups of effective data were collected under the conditions of normal, abnormal
network, high temperature, low pressure and out-of-bounds position. The results were all within the expected range and the system
load capacity, real-time data display and abnormal alarm functions were verified, achieving the goal of sensing in the front section
and visualizing in the back end. Conclusion The system realizes the remote real-time monitoring of the status information of positive
pressure biological protective clothing, guarantees the life, health and safety of the operators, and provides reference basis for the rear
command and dispatch.
