Abstract：With the vigorous development of internet of things (IOT) technology, the medical industry can manage patients, medical
equipment, and the medical environment in a smart way, making digital health systems possible. This paper summarized the digital
health system based on the IOT supported by edge computing, fog computing, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence.
Through the research on the IOT technology related literature, the development trend, basic concepts, system characteristics, and
applications of digital health system are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the future development of digital health system based on
IOT technology is prospected to provide references for further research on digital health system.
