Abstract:Objective Establish a set of management system to monitor the use of hospital medical equipment and calculate the
benefit of equipment through Internet of things technology. Methods In this thesis, the intelligent power supply based on Internet
of Things had built-in network module (Bluetooth, low frequency) and power (including voltage and current) monitoring module.
The power acquisition unit was connected to the main circuit of the monitoring circuit to obtain the real-time current and voltage
signals, which were converted into the data easy to be transmitted and analyzed by the signal processing unit digital signal. Finally,
Data was transferred to the background to help the hospital management to manage medical equipment through data mining and
analysis. Results By comparing the data in management system and PACS system, the data in management system was consistent
with the real data (Kappa=0.474). Using the system to analyze the benefits of medical equipment, improve the use efficiency of
equipment, timely found that the decline of MRI benefit and the increase of CT usage, saving RMB 500000 maintenance costs for
the hospital. Conclusion The medical equipment management system based on the Internet of Things can reduce the risk of medical
equipment, improve the efficiency of equipment and optimize the allocation of equipment resources. Provide strong support for the
fine management of hospital medical equipment.
