Abstract:Medical consumables are the foundation for hospitals to carry out scientific research and medical work. Their large
quantity, wide coverage and variety increase the difficulty of hospital consumables management. It is particularly important to
actively explore an information-based and refined medical consumables management model. At present, with the development of the
Internet, the Internet of Things technology has been applied to the scientific management of hospitals, and has played an optimization
role in the full lifecycle management of high-value consumables, low-value medical consumables and diagnostic reagents. This paper
reviews the application of medical consumable life-cycle information management based on the Internet of things, in order to provide
reference for medical consumable management.
