Abstract：Objective To solve the homogeneity management difficulties of medical equipment in the multi-hospital development
mode, improve the construction level of smart medical care, apply the internet of things technology to medical equipment
management, realize scientific and standardized management, and ensure the safe use of medical equipment in clinical practice.
Methods With the application of internet of things technology, 5G communication technology and other information technologies,
medical equipment management systems and real-time online monitoring platforms were designed and developed.
Results The digital management of more than 35000 sets of medical equipment in the three hospitals was realized, and the highvalue
medical equipment was 100% included in the quality control management. The leasing of standby machines has realized
intelligence and self-service, and the deployment efficiency of the standby machine was improved. The maintenance response rate
and maintenance timely rate were improved. And PM completion rate, timely rate and other quality monitoring indicators were
improved, which not only improved the working efficiency of engineers, but also provided data support for performance assessment.
Conclusion Continuously improving the management mode of medical equipment, using new technology and new methods, make
the use and management of medical equipment more simple, safe and efficient, promote the homogeneous management of multihospital
area, improve the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment and refined management level of the hospital.
