Abstract:Objective To solve the pain points of diabetes course management by building a diabetes health management service
platform based on multi-modal intelligent dialogue robots. Methods A multi-modal intelligent dialogue robot diabetes health
management service platform with complete functions and easy to use was designed by building an advanced knowledge map
system for specialized diseases, an intelligent dialogue robot platform, big data and deep learning modules, and a basic platform
for the Internet of Things. Results The diabetes health management service platform based on multi-modal intelligent dialogue
robots used a multi-domain model, and the reconciled average of the in-depth dialogue conversational language understanding
accuracy and recall rate had increased by 0.4. Conclusion Artificial intelligence is introduced into the management of diabetes
course, and from the field of prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus, through deep learning+dialogue robot+big data+Internet
of Things technology combined with disease management, individualized instruction is conducted on patients’ medication, diet,
exercise, insulin use, prevention of complications, emergency treatment and so on, to correct patients’ bad habits, chang the concept
of emphasizing “medicine” and neglecting “preventing”, and establish a new model of diabetes prevention and control.
