Abstract:Objective To Establish the real-time data monitoring system of digital diagnosis and treatment equipment, supervise
the status of the equipment more effectively, and improve the management level of the medical equipment. Methods Through the
Internet of things technology, the digital diagnosis and treatment equipment was monitored in real time, and the key data extracted
automatically was statistically analyzed to understand the utilization rate, startup time, number of examiners, real-time status
of components, function utilization rate, risk assessment and other indicators of the equipment. Results Based on the real-time
monitoring data of 1.5 T NMR in our hospital from January 1, 2020 to February 10, 2020, the data of 100% on rate and 83.87%
utilization rate were obtained. Combined with the failure information of 41 times of abnormal risk, 30 times of abnormal magnet risk,
4 times of abnormal risk of rf system and 0 times of abnormal risk of gradient system, the health index of equipment comprehensive
evaluation was 85 points. Through the analysis of the trend of the number of person-items checked every day and the usage data,
the utilization rate of the equipment in the first three months was 100%, and the utilization rate in January 2020 was only 83.09%.
The application of this system showed that the data accuracy was 98%, the utilization rate was increased by an average of 12%,
the economic benefit was expected to be increased by 12%, the reliability of the system’s risk assessment was about 90%, and the
availability of function utilization data was 100%. Conclusion The system integrates real-time data transmission network technology,
multi-sensor data fusion, and abnormal data intelligent monitoring technology. It realizes the supervision of state-based medical
equipment, and can improve the information, intelligence, and automation level of hospital equipment monitoring, to a certain
extent. The above solves the problems of inaccurate data in this research field and difficulty in obtaining multi-dimensional data, and
promotes the application of this research field in medical equipment management.
