Abstract:Objective Under the guidance of the general policy of hainan Free Trade Zone construction, to design and construct a 5G
Internet of Things information platform for primary medical institutions in Hainan Province to meet the increasing medical and health
needs of the people. Methods Through the deep integration, innovative application and demonstration of 5G, Internet of Things,
artificial intelligence and other innovative technologies in the medical field, carried out the construction of 5G Internet of Things
technical infrastructure and core capabilities, paid attention to the improvement of diagnosis, treatment and service capabilities of
primary medical and health institutions, and promoted the sinking of provincial-level high-quality medical resources. Results More
than 2000 village clinics, 65 central hospitals, 185 general hospitals, 28 farm hospitals, 57 out-patient clinics, 5 branch hospitals and
6 third-grade general hospitals covering all 19 cities (counties) in the province were built. The 5G network and information exchange
platform of the first-class general hospital, and the 5G modification of 230 emergency vehicles in the province has been completed.
By the end of September 2021, the integrated intelligent medical terminal was used 88463 times, the portable ultrasound was used
6344 times, the remote ophthalmic equipment was used 1447 times, the wearable 12-lead dynamic ECG was used 1004 times, and
the fetal heart Dopler monitor was used 373 times. Conclusion Through the application and practice of the platform, the ability of
remote diagnosis, remote monitoring and emergency rescue has been achieved.
