On the journal's official website at http://cs.china-cmd.org/zgylsb/CN/1674-1633/home.shtml, readers can freely access all articles from the 9th issue in 2013 to the present. All papers since the journal's founding follow the open-access policy, and the full texts are available for readers to read and download for free. Readers and third parties can use, copy, and disseminate them in accordance with the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license agreement.

Free Access and UseThe use of articles in this journal by all institutional users should be based on the CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 Creative Commons license agreement. This agreement allows users to copy and disseminate articles, provided that:(1) The use is limited to non-commercial purposes.
