All authors of the above paper agree to publish the paper in the journal China Medical Devices and make the following statement:
1. Agree to transfer the right of reproduction, distribution, information network transmission, translation, assembly, modification and other rights of the paper to China Medical Devices worldwide free of charge, and agree that China Medical Devices will provide the paper to the relevant abstract, database and retrieval system at home and abroad.
2. The paper is the author’s original research results, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. The source of the achievements cited by others has been indicated; has not been published in any form in any language at home and abroad, and has not contributed more than one draft; the order of authorship and the order of units are not disputed.
3. The paper does not involve state secrets, does not violate the confidentiality provisions of the state, does not contradict the reference to the current state in the text, and has no sovereignty issues such as borders and islands. It does not reveal the business and scientific secrets of enterprises or institutions.
4. Agree to give priority to digital publication of the paper on databases such as “CNKI” and “Wanfang Data” before print publication of the journal.
5. In case of infringement or disclosure of the content of the paper, the author shall bear the relevant legal liability and economic compensation arising therefrom.
6. This letter of authorization shall come into effect on the date of signature by all authors. The copy/scan of the letter of authorization shall be submitted by the author through email, submission system, etc., and the approved copy/scan shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as the original.
