-Chairman of Clinical Engineering Branch of Chinese Non-government Medical Institutions Association;

- Vice Chairman of Medical and Engineering Integration Division of the China Medicinal Biotechnology Association;

- Vice Chairman and Director General of Clinical Medical Engineer Branch of Beijing Medical Doctor Association;

- Member of the Standing Committee of Chinese Society of Clinical Engineering;

- Chairman of Beijing Wise Healthcare Technology Innovation Alliance, which also includes the standardization Technical Committee;

C. University:

Mr. Jin is the deputy director of the Department of Clinical Engineering, School of Biomedical Engineering, Capital Medical University (in charge of scientific research and discipline construction), responsible for the development of the department and Joint laboratory related work.

D. National Projects (2018-present)

For four consecutive years to undertake the National Medical Products Administration's key project---"Research on the status quo of key core technologies and key parts of medical devices in China", as the project lead unit and the project leader. At the same time, responsible for the construction and daily management of "medical device key core technical expert database".

Undertake 8 national key projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, one as the lead unit and seven being the participating units.

E. Publishing

Chief Editor, Blue book of medical device industry - "Annual Report on the Data of Medical Device Industry in China”, issued annually, published by China Social Sciences Press.

F. Internet Platform

"Outstanding CE APP" - a service platform for understanding new products, new technologies and new methods of medical devices.

"Outstanding CE APP" APP: Officially launched in 2019, more than 3 million doctors (accounting for 65% of 4.6 million registered doctors in China), more than 56,000 clinical engineers (accounting for more than 93% of the 60,000 equipment department personnel in hospitals across the country) have downloaded and used it, covering 17,500 + hospitals;

Build the "Outstanding CE Sharing Service Center" after-sales service platform: it currently has more than 20,000 "sharing engineers". Physical maintenance stations cover all prefecture-level cities (330) and county-level cities (3,400) in the country.

G. Standard Formulation

Under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Technical Committee of the Beijing Wise Healthcare Technology Innovation Alliance;

The Standardization Technical Committee is approved by the "National Standardization Administration Committee" and is responsible for the group standard establishment, review, approval, release and other related work.

H. Public Welfare Fund Projects

Founded and managed China Primary Health Care Foundation - Healthy China Medical Public Welfare Fund;

Served as: Deputy Secretary-General of the Deep-sea Science Popularization Work Committee of China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association. Participate in the organization of national oceanographic research ships to the ocean and the poles of scientific investigation, as well as Marine protection related activities.
