Abstract:Objective With the help of intelligent means, to improve the quality of blood collection service, so as to meet the
requirements of relevant policy instructions, industry standards to improve the outpatient service. Methods The blood collection
service process was sorted out and the one-stop intelligent blood collection management workstation including intelligent calling
system, intelligent blood collection management workstation, multi-functional blood collection platform, automatic transmission
mechanism, intelligent connecting manipulator, track logistics system and automatic blood collection sorting system modules was
designed and constructed by means of information and mechanical repair. Results Before and after the application of the blood
collection management workstation, the relevant management indicators were significantly improved, the average daily maximum
number of people waiting time dropped from 62 to 46, especially the waiting time of patients decreased from 30 minutes before the
application to 4.9 minutes after the application. The duration of blood collection decreased from 2.59 minutes to 2.01 minutes, and
the departure time decreased from 21.88 minutes to 10 minutes. The failure rate of sampling blood vessels decreased from 0.1% to
0.01%. Patient satisfaction increased from 80% to more than 95%. Conclusion The blood collection management workstation can
effectively improve the quality of blood collection service and provide practical cases for medical institutions.
