摘要

目的 设计一种非穿戴式阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停检测并缓解的智能枕头。方法 使用生物雷达对患者呼吸信号进行实时 采集,经单片机A/D转换后由蓝牙模块发送至手机端APP进行数据处理。系统检测到患者发生呼吸暂停后,通过蓝牙下发充 气指令至缓解装置。缓解装置通过调整枕头高度和斜度改变患者头部位置,进而缓解呼吸暂停。结果 本系统可以实现呼吸 暂停检测并进行缓解,响应速度快,准确性可达90%。结论 本装置可监测患者睡眠呼吸障碍信息,对呼吸暂停进行及时缓 解。在健康管理设备及临床辅助诊断领域有较大的发展潜力。

Abstract

Objective To design a non-wearable intelligent pillow for detecting and alleviating obstructive sleep apnea. Methods Respiratory signals of patients were collected by biological radar in real time, which were converted by MCU A/D and sent to APP on mobile phone by Bluetooth module for data processing. When the system detected that the patient has apnea, it sent an inflating command to the palliative device through Bluetooth. A relief device alleviated apnea by adjusting the height and incline of the pillow to change the position of the patient’s head. Results The system could detect and alleviated apnea with fast response speed and accuracy up to 90 %. Conclusion The device can monitor the information of patients with sleep disordered breathing and relieve apnea in time. It has great development potential in the field of health management equipment and clinical auxiliary diagnosis.
