Abstract:Magnetic recanalization technique has become one of the important treatment methods for biliary stricture after liver
transplantation. Different from the traditional treatment mode, magnetic recanalization technique has its unique anastomosis
mechanism and operation path, which also doomed the understanding and judgment of magnetic recanalization technique in clinical
application of patients with biliary stricture is different from the existing understanding. At present, there is no unified standard for
judging biliary stricture based on magnetic recanalization technique at domestic and abroad. This paper put forward for the first time
in the world based on the magnetic recanalization technique of biliary stricture classification method. Based on the four key factors of stenosis degree, length of stenosis segment, angulation at both ends of the narrow biliary tract, and whether there is space transpose
of the bile duct at both ends of the narrow biliary tract, biliary stricture after liver transplantation was divided into five major types.
The scientific Yan-Lyu’s biliary stricture classification method was successfully constructed. Yan-Lyu’s biliary stricture classification
can be used as an important method to determine whether magnetic recanalization technique can be used in patients with biliary
stricture after liver transplantation, which operation path to adopt and to judge the prognosis.
