Abstract:Objective To summarize the main points and precautions of magnetic anchor technique (MAT) assisted thoracoscopic
pulmonary resection. Methods The basic clinical data and operation process of 11 patients receiving MAT assisted thoracoscopic
pulmonary resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong university were summarized. From the point of view of
instrument nurses and itinerant nurses, the main points and precautions of surgical nursing cooperation were analyzed. Results It was
the key point of surgical nursing cooperation to deliver magnetic anchor related instruments accurately according to the operation
process and to avoid the mutual attraction between anchor magnets and internal grasper and other conventional instruments.
Conclusion Preoperative communication with operators about MAT to assist thoracoscopic pulmonary resection and learning
relevant knowledge of MAT can effectively improve the degree of nursing cooperation in the operation and ensure the smooth
operation.
