By analyzing the frequent failure of Baxter jinbao AK96 haemodialysis machine in function self-test, the experience was provided for haemodialysis machine maintenance in this study. For C COFF 088 058 alarm in function self-check, the root cause of its failure was analyzed, the default disinfection program was modified to ensure the safety and effectiveness of dialysis machine disinfection, the position of the machine was adjusted, and the maintenance interval of air filter was shortened. After half a year of operation monitoring, although the failure still occurs very rarely, it is not enough to cause trouble to clinical work. In view of this kind of fault phenomenon, this maintenance method is feasible
