Objective To provide the direction of improving procurement quality of medical equipment by investigating the factors that influence the quality of medical equipment procurement and constructing factor model. Methods This paper researched the overall situation of procurement quality by establishing factor model, constructing judgment matrix, determining the weight of each factor and combining single factor weight with analytic hierarchy process. Results It determined the impact factors and weight of procurement quality, established evaluation model, mastered the quality of hospital medical equipment procurement and improved the supplier selection system. Conclusion The purchasing quality model based on the analytic hierarchy process provides a reference for improving the quality of medical equipment procurement.
