Based on the hospital information system and medical auxiliary system, RuiJin Hospital,
LuWan Branch established a medical service platform for the elders living at home and combined
the platform with the use of Internet technology and mobility of large data technology. The platform
can provide elderly patients with services such as referral to treatment, appointment auidance, health
knowledge education, prescription renewal, and emergency on-call etc. The integrated service platform
moves the high-quality medical service to the forefront and helps improve the running efficiency of the
hospital and social satisfaction with the hospital service.
