Application of 9S Management Methodology for Medical Equipment Management

随着医疗技术的不断发展，提升医疗设备的维修保障管理水平，减少设备故障率，使医疗设备发挥最大的效益，是目前最重要的工作。本文引入了以“9S”为主要内容的精细化管理，从三个方面对设备进行管理，有效提高了工作质量及临床满意度。
