Abstract:Objective Under the background of digital transformation, to optimize the medical treatment process and establish a new
model of one-day return visit by using the multi-information interactive platform. Methods Taking Shanghai Chest Hospital as the
research background, the new mode of one-day return visit from examination to diagnosis and treatment was improved by using the
multi-information interactive platform. The optimal message push scheme was obtained by setting the cost model and simulating
the budget utilization rate, and the application effect was analyzed empirically. Results A total of 7420 patients were served since
the introduction of the one-day return visit service to November, 2021. The results showed that the average return visit period of
the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001). And the actual proportion of patients who
missed appointments was significantly reduced after the introduction of the multi-information interactive platform (P<0.001).
Conclusion With the further development of intelligent medical care, utilizing information technology to optimize the medical
treatment process and achieve convenient medical treatment has become a trend and is worth promotion.
