Abstract:Objective To construct a system that uses two-dimensional code as medical card instead of traditional hospital medical
card. Methods Based on the hospital micro medical platform, MD5 was used to calculate the unique identification and time stamp of
patients to generate a string, and a two-dimensional code was generated based on this content as an electronic diagnosis and treatment
card. At the same time, the corresponding transformation of HIS was carried out to realize the application of electronic diagnosis
and treatment card in the whole hospital. Results The uniqueness and timeliness of encryption of electronic diagnosis and treatment
card were guaranteed by using time stamp and MD5 signature to generate two-dimensional code. The annual cost of the hospital was
saved by 50,000 yuan, and the time of each visit of patients was reduced by 5 minutes, which improved the satisfaction of patients.
Conclusion The two-dimensional code electronic diagnosis and treatment card system constructed in this paper solves the problems
such as forgetting to take the card and repeatedly handling the card in the process of using the entity diagnosis and treatment card,
improves the service quality of the hospital, and improves the patients’ medical experience.
