Abstract:Objective Through information integration, establish intelligent automatic appointment platform for medical examination,
optimize appointment process, improve appointment efficiency, and promote service quality. Methods Integrating appointment
rules and precautions of various medical technology items, and produced thorough knowledge base, relying on hospital information
integration platform, docking various inspection task systems, in order to realization of intelligent of automatic time slot booking.
Allow appointments to be made automatically as their payments were made by patients. After confirming the doctor’s advice, the
inpatient checked the automatic appointment and feeds back the appointment information immediately. Results At the same time
of payment, the patient completed the appointment immediately, reducing the number of times of queuing. The average waiting
time of appointment queue was 28.6 min before the online service, which was shortened to 17.5 min after the online service. The
patient satisfaction was increased by 3.20%, the clinical satisfaction to the medical technology department is increased by 7.40%, and
the clinical satisfaction to the medical technology department is increased by 4.00%. Conclusion The establishment of intelligent
reservation platform has created a shared reservation platform for inspection department, clinical departments, reservation center and
competent functional departments, which can make real time and reasonable overall arrangement, optimize configuration and service
efficiency. To ensure that patients and clinical needs are met.
