Abstract:Objective To discuss the application and effect of the optimization of the imaging enhanced inspection and the feedforward
control in the hospitalized patients. Methods According to the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action, PDCA) quality improvement
process, the problems and reasons in the process of image enhancement examination for inpatients were recorded and analyzed. The
examination process was optimized, and feedforward intervention measures were implemented, including preparation and moving
forward before examination, informing process standardization before examination, telephone reminder of transportation center, and
inclusion of relevant indicators in the examination, etc. Results After the implementation of process optimization, it was significantly
better than before (P<0.05), and the success rate of examination was improved, the timely rate of examination was improved, and
the waiting time of patients was shortened. Conclusion The application of feedforward control to the process management of patient
image enhancement examination, it effectively guarantees patient safety, enables patients to receive timely diagnosis and treatment,
and improves the service level of the hospital.
