Abstract:In recent years, tracer technology has been widely used in clinical treatment and disease research, and has achieved a
series of important results. The research related to magnetic surgery has gone through three stages: experimental verification, free
exploration, and discipline construction, gradually developed into a system of magnetic surgery with deep cross integration of
photoelectromagnetic medicine. At present, magnetic surgery system mainly includes magnetic compression, magnetic anchoring,
magnetic navigation, magnetic levitation, magnetic drive, and magnetic tracer technology system. As one of the six application
directions of magnetic surgery, the clinical transformation of magnetic tracer technology needs further exploration and verification.
This paper reviews and summarizes the application progress of magnetic tracer technology based on the selection of magnetic
tracer materials and the application of magnetic tracer technology in the clinical research of stem cell tracing, brain tissue interstitial
drainage partitioning, tumor or lesion labeling and localization. In addition, problems existing in the clinical promotion and
application of magnetic tracer technology are summarized, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed, in order to provide
theoretical guidance and reference for future research, promote magnetic tracer technology to overcome more clinical technical
problems, and better serve the people.
