Design and Application of Management Platform for High-Risk Infant Based on “Internet +”

Abstract:Objective To design a management platform for high-risk infant based on “Internet +”, so as to explore standardized
healthcare services for high-risk infant and improve the health level of high-risk infant. Methods The business process of managing
high-risk infant was organized and reconstructed, and the health data of high-risk infant from various business systems was integrated
by using an enterprise service bus. Additionally, the data warehousing technology was used to standardize, transform and integrate
the data. Based on this data foundation, a high-risk factor identification database was established and special project management
pathways of high-risk infant were conducted. Simultaneously, based on WeChat developer tools, an applet of WeChat was developed
by using the “Internet +” technology, extended the closed-loop management pathway for high-risk infant to parents’ mobile phones.
Results After the application of the system, the whole work process of high-risk infant management realized informatization. A total
of 67 special projects of high-risk infant were established. The filing rate of high-risk infant was increased from 86.1% to 100%, the
management rate was increased from 89.3% to 100%. Additionally, the closure rate of high-risk factors disappearing reached 94.26%.
Conclusion The application of the management platform for high-risk infant based on “Internet +” has expanded the nodes and
precision of the closed-loop management pathway for high-risk infant, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of high-risk
infant management.
