Medical Technology Appointment Based on “Internet+”

Abstract:Objective To explore the method and path of online and offline integration of medical technology appointment based
on “Internet +” model. Methods Based on the reservation resource pool of offline centralized examination and combined with the
theoretical model of reservation occupancy, a closed loop of diagnosis and treatment services including online billing, payment,
integrated reservation, and offline accurate examination was constructed for patients with chronic disease. Results After the
application of the system, the reservation rate of medical technical examination had been greatly increased, especially the ultrasound
examination, from 6.99% to 80.99%. The average waiting time of patients was significantly lower than that before, and the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05). In particular, the waiting time for MRI examination decreased from 233 (110, 392) min to
12 (5, 38) min. Conclusion The online and offline integrated appointment model can effectively save the time of medical technology
examination, facilitate the masses to get medical treatment, and improve the work efficiency of medical technology departments, and
has certain promotion and application value.
