Abstract:Objective To establish a management platform convenient for medical staff management and high patient compliance,
this platform aimed to improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients and reduce the incidence of complications and end
point events. Methods Discuss and analyse with medical staff in the hemodialysis center of the hospital to clarify key indicators,
use MUI and Laravel framework to build mobile APP and background management platform system architecture, use HTML5,
JQuery, JS, CSS, PHP and other languages to design and develop the home capacity management platform for hemodialysis
patients. Results Home volume management platform for hemodialysis patients can easily and quickly record the blood pressure
and weight measured at home, and generate an analysis chart based on the measured data, thus realizing the record and analysis of
the patient’s home measurement data. Patients’ fluid intake compliance, volume control compliance rate, and hypertension control
compliance rate all improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The hemodialysis home capacity
management platform fills in the blank of the hemodialysis patient home capacity management software in a tertiary a-level hospital,
the continuous management within and outside the hospital combined with online and offline can be realized to improve the capacity
management ability of hemodialysis patients at home and reduce the occurrence of dialysis complications.
