Abstract:Objective To explore the testing method for the accuracy of dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) automatic analysis function. Methods By analyzing the standard database and test requirements of the YY 9706.247-2021 standard for the accuracy test of ECG automatic analysis function, the WFDB software package was constructed under the Cygwin environment. The WFDB applications programs such as bxb, rxr, mxm and epicmp were used to compare the reference note files provided by the standard database with the test note files generated by the dynamic ECG automatic analysis algorithm, and the output data were counted. Results The ECG workstation software was tested by using the method described in this paper, and the statistical reports of QRS test, ventricular ectopic beat (VEB), supra-VEB, paired VEB, short segment VEB, long segment VEB, and episode sensitivity and positive predictive value of atrial fibrillation were formed. Conclusion This method can be helpful for the research and development of Holter system, deepen the understanding of the standard terms for the testing personnel, improve the detection efficiency, and further promote these products to play a huge role in active health and aging technology response.
