摘要

目的 为基层医院建立一种可行性强、结果可靠的全自动生化分析仪性能验证方法。方法 参考全自动生化分析仪行 业标准,对两台国产生化仪的准确性、重复性、线性范围和样品污染携带进行检测。结果 低测速生化仪在使用速率法试剂 时,检测结果的准确性和重复性为不合格;高测速生化仪各项检测结果均合格。结论 由于检测周期过长,低速生化仪在同 样的时间内监测反应过程吸光度的次数少于高速生化仪,因此参照本文的验证方法时应多使用速率法试剂盒。

Abstract

Objective To establish an active and reliable performance verification method for automatic chemistry analyzer. Methods By referring to industry standards, this paper verified tow automatic chemistry analyzers for accuracy, repeatability, linearity range and the sample carry-over. Results Analyzer with slow testing speed was failed in testing accuracy, repeatability; analyzer with high testing speed met all standard requirements. Conclusion Because of the long period of absorbance observation, analyzer with slow testing speed was worse than the high speed analyzer, and performance verification for automatic chemistry analyzer should be carried out by using kinetic assay kit.
