Abstract:Objective To compare the early warning situation of monitoring patients’ data through two kinds of nosocomial infection
system software, clarify the setting of early warning strategy and its relationship with the early warning accuracy of nosocomial
infection system, and further optimize the nosocomial infection system software. Methods A total of 244838 medical records of all
patients in hospital on current date from January to December 2021 were selected. The infection cases were warned through two kinds
of hospital infection system software, which were used as the experimental group and the control group respectively. The accuracy
of the early warning information of the two monitoring software was compared and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed.
Results There were 28852 hospitalized patients in 2021. The number of early warning cases of two kinds of hospital feeling system
software were 1993 and 1912 respectively. The cases of diagnosis and early warning were 286 and 375 respectively. Conclusion The
comparision of the data of patients monitored by two kinds of real-time monitoring system software for nosocomial infection shows
that different nosocomial system software should have a deep understanding of its characteristics, learn from each other’s strengths, and
improve the accuracy of early warning by constantly analyzing quantitative judgment indicators and improving management measures.
