Abstract:Objective To explore how to improve the efficiency of inspection and testing and improve the quality of work under
the background that the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards of medical devices have been fully implemented and the
workload of inspection and testing has increased significantly. Methods According to the workflow, through software programming
and design, this paper proposed electronic and automated solutions for the low efficiency of manual collation and reporting in EMC
testing. Results The results of the study showed that the time for collating reports has been greatly reduced by using software.
Especially in the case of multi-mode and multi-photo, the effect of applying this software was more obvious, and the improvement of
efficiency was remarkable. Generally, it could increase more than 6 times. Conclusion This study has obvious effect on improving
the efficiency of EMC inspection and testing. It has taken the first step in the electronicization and automation of EMC reports, which
has a positive role in promoting the development of the industry.
