Abstract:Objective To improve the management level of medical consumables by optimizing the function modules of HRP
warehouse management system. Methods Based on the warehouse management system, the minimum inventory and outgoing
quantity of consumables was set. Mobile application components was built to achieve mobile office. New packaging pictures of
requisition interface consumables were added, and limited the minimum quantity of consumables. The location code of consumables
warehouse was set. Establishing supplier evaluation system, automatically remind the abnormal supply status and expired consumables
certificate. Results The data before system optimization were included in the control group, and the data after optimization were
included in the observation group. The turnover days, distribution error, claim times and errors of consumables, counting time
and approval time in the observation group were significantly superior to those of control group. The difference was statistically
significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Optimized module of warehouse system improve the quality of supply chain management
of consumables and the work efficiency of managers, and provide logistics support for the supply of clinical consumables.
