Abstract:This paper analyzed the failures of focus control unit and reconstruction computer in the use of Philips 128-row Brilliance
iCT, and put forward the specific solutions, which provided reference for peers. Based on the maintenance manual and previous
experience, self-maintenance method was adopted to solve the failure. Through the scientific and effective method to check the focus
control unit itself and all the connections, the interface problem was determined. Then through the investigation of the computer
of image reconstruction system to determine the failure of computer’s graphics card. The above two failures were solved with the
minimum cost. As a clinical engineer, it is necessary to master the working principle and structure of the equipment, dare to practice
and summarize the maintenance experience in time, give consideration to efficiency and cost, and make every effort to ensure the
stable operation of the equipment.
