Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of fine management mode in operating room equipment management.
Methods To build a fine management mode of operating room equipment with “three-level post supervision and management
with dynamic access, medical equipment allocation evaluation system of evidence-based theory, perfect equipment acceptance
process, optimized equipment use management measures and integrated equipment maintenance mode combining total normalized
productive maintenance and reliability centred maintenance” as the core content. Results After applying the fine management mode,
the operation standard rate of operating room nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.001).
The number of adverse events in the observation group was 46.43% lower than that in the control group. Compared with the control
group, the number of idle surgical equipment in the observation group was reduced by 30.3%. The frequency of abnormal function
and maintenance of surgical equipment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.001). Doctors’
satisfaction with surgical equipment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The
fine management mode of operating room equipment can realize the management of all staff, the whole organization and the whole
process, and can effectively improve the standard rate of operating room nurses’ equipment, reduce the occurrence of adverse events,
and reduce equipment failure and maintenance times, improve clinical service satisfaction.
