Abstract:Based on the analysis of the changes in the errors of tidal volume, inspiratory pressure and oxygen concentration in the
monthly quality control data of ventilators in our hospital in 2020, it was found that the error range and trend of the potential failure
data of 3 cases increased significantly. The potential faults were mainly concentrated on flow sensor, internal gas pipeline, and oxygen
concentration monitoring unit. Combined with the potential fault data and error information unified analysis, troubleshot faults one
by one, through disassembly troubleshooting and quality control data detection to verify each type of potential fault analysis, and
give detailed solutions, it could avoid 61% of the potential fault further expansion. Early detection and resolution of potential faults
can effectively reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, and improve the efficiency and safety of equipment.
