Abstract:Objective To design an electromagnetic wave therapeutic instrument with easy operation for angle adjustment and long
service life of the equipment to solve the problems of many adjustment procedures and complicated operation. Methods The liftup
transition rod was fixed at the required position instead of the existing screw-fastening fixation method, and the time for 20 times
of angle adjustment and positioning with the screw-fastening fixation method and the lift-up transition rod fixation method was
observed. A total of 200 patients who were suitable for treatment with electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus were selected and
divided into the control group of 100 cases fixed with screws and the observation group of 100 cases fixed with lifting transition rod.
The operation time, the satisfaction rate after treatment and the number of device failures were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group was 50.259% of that of the control group, and the stability and safety and the satisfaction rate after
treatment were improved, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The improved design of the support rod of
the electromagnetic wave therapeutic instrument simplifies the operation process, is convenient, fast and stable, and has better clinical
application value and significance.
