Abstract:Excellent after-sales service contributes significantly to good running condition of medical equipment which has been working as an essential tool in clinical diagnosis and treatment. It has become a matter of the utmost urgency for the department of medical engineering to explore the solutions to strengthen the management of medical equipment after-sales service. With the method of fishbone diagram analysis, this paper studies the indexes of evaluation of medical equipment after-sales service and analyzes some main factors including the operation rate, service response and maintenance efficiency, service price and training for engineers in the hospital. Moreover, this paper provides a quantitative basis for deciding the rationalization of warranty purchasing. As a consequence, the operation rate of medical equipment can get increased and management of medical equipment after-sales service is standardized.
