Abstract:This article analyzed three failures of Toshiba Aquilion one CT. They were the loud noise of the rack when the exposure
rotation occured丨 the QFPGA function board in the reconstruction cabinet was damaged, and an error occured during coronary
reconstruction丨 the tube was damaged and the equipment failed to be exposed, and reported “ Over mA”. After adopting maintenance
methods such as step-by-step elimination method, careful observation method, and software data analysis method, the faults were
solved by adding lubricating oil to the rack bearing, replacing the QFPGA board, and replacing the same type of tube for parameter
debugging and calibration. The application of these maintenance methods and corresponding problem-solving programs have
provided reference and reference for colleagues, and play an important role in improving maintenance efficiency, saving maintenance
costs for the hospital, and ensuring the normal operation of related departments in the hospital.
