Glaucoma is a group of diseases characterized by optic nerve atrophy and visual field defect. It is one of the major blinding
eye diseases in the world. In recent years, with the further improvement of examination technology, the detection rate of glaucoma is
increasing day by day. Optical coherence tomography angiography is a non-invasive and rapid imaging method based on blood flow
detection to construct retinal vascular network images, which can provide three-dimensional imaging of retinal and choroidal blood
perfusion system. The relationship between blood flow changes and the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer and ganglion cell layer
can be rigorously evidence-based. It provides a good diagnosis and treatment prospect for assessing the damage of early glaucoma.
