Abstract:Objective The performance test of automatic oxygen concentration detector based on copper ammonia method is
carried out to verify whether the accuracy of its oxygen concentration measurement meets the actual measurement requirements.
Methods The oxygen concentration of standard gases with different oxygen concentrations was measured in plain environment
and simulated plateau environment, and the measurement uncertainty method and statistical hypothesis test method were used to
analyze the measurement results. Results In the range of 0~90%, the uncertainty of the oxygen concentration measurement results
of the prototype of the automatic oxygen concentration detector based on cuprammonium method ≤0.5%, the indication error
≤0.5%FS, the repeatability ≤1.5%. In the range of 99%~100%, the uncertainty ≤0.05%, the indication error≤0.05%FS, the
repeatability≤0.05%, and there was no significant difference between the measured results in low pressure environment of plain and
plateau. Conclusion The performance of the prototype of the automatic oxygen concentration detector based on cuprammonium
method meets the design requirements and meets the actual oxygen concentration measurement needs.
