Abstract:Objective To discusses contract energy management practical effect in energy consumption management and energy
utilization efficiency improvement in hospitals in the face of the rising cost of energy consumption in hospitals. Methods By
upgrading and renovating key energy-consuming equipment, it used to replace low-efficiency equipment with high-efficiency
equipment, optimized the system to reduce energy waste, adopted professional operation and maintenance, effectively reducing
operation and maintenance costs, and reducing energy waste. Results After the implementation of contract energy management, the
total energy consumption and operation cost of the hospital in 2019 decreased by 5.46% (870000 yuan) compared with the original
operating benchmark. At the same time, compared with 2018, the total steam consumption in 2019 was reduced by 26.45%, the total
power consumption was reduced by 1.82%, and the energy-saving concept of the medical staff was strengthened at the same time
when the better energy-saving effect was achieved. Conclusion Contract energy management utilizes cutting-edge social energysaving
technologies to change the deficiencies in hospital energy-saving management, allowing professionals to do professional
things, improving energy efficiency and reducing comprehensive energy consumption costs, promoting the refinement of hospital
logistics management, and achieves win-win situation between the hospital and the energy-saving service company, which is worthy
of reference and promotion.
