Abstract:Objective To construct and verify the evaluation index system of medical equipment satisfaction of primary medical
institutions in the medical community, so as to provide reference and basis for optimizing the configuration and management of
medical equipment. Methods Based on the expert advice and the diagnostic medical equipment usage survey data collected from the
medical treatment combination in central and western region, the structural equation model (SEM) was used to construct a satisfaction
evaluation index system, and the back propagation (BP) neural network method was used to verify the accuracy. Results The fit
index of the equipment satisfaction evaluation system was 1.49. The clinical effect, innovation function and service utilization had a
direct positive effect on equipment satisfaction (β=0.86, 0.28, 0.24丨 P<0.05), and the market and after-sales service utilization had an
indirect effect on the satisfaction. The BP neural network training results showed that the accuracy of the training set and the test set
was higher than 85% (88.08%~89.49%, 87.50%~89.98%) under the five common allocation ratios. Conclusion The satisfaction of
diagnostic medical equipment in the medical community in central and western regions in China is directly affected by the clinical
effect, innovative function and service utilization of the equipment. The medical equipment satisfaction evaluation model based on
SEM has good stability and explanatory effect.
