Abstract:Objective To observe the impact of environmental condition on the efficiency of algorithms in artificial intelligence (AI)
medical device by case study and analyze special requirement in the environmental tests of artificial intelligence medical device.
Methods ECG AI algorithm was taken as a case to run the algorithm under different environmental condition and mode. The
changes of efficiency and accuracy were compared. Results During the working damp heat experiment, the training iteration period
of AI ECG algorithm increased significantly. The accuracy didn’t significantly fluctuate with environmental condition. When the
model was fixed, the efficiency and accuracy remained stable during the working damp heat experiment. Conclusion With broader
application fields and applications, it is necessary to consider the impact of special extreme environmen for using the AI medical
devices, and strengthen the test and verification.
