摘要

智能化医学影像设备是高端医疗器械的重要组成部分,受到政府、医疗机构、学术界和产业界的高度关注。2006年 开始的人工智能第三次浪潮已进入冷静期,智能化医学影像设备领域的发展亦迈入深水区。本文从临床需求、国家政策、 人工智能技术、发展环境四个方面阐述该领域的发展机遇丨从人工智能技术、医学影像数据库、伦理与安全、创新发展模 式四个层面分析了该领域面临的挑战,并且给出相应的发展方向,以期促进智能化医学影像设备高效、持续、稳步发展。

Abstract

Intelligent medical image devices are the crucial part of advanced medical devices, which attract high attention by government, medical institutions, academia and industry. Nowadays, with the third wave of artificial intelligence since 2006 has entered the period of calm, the development of the field of intelligent medical image devices has also entered deep-water zone. This article expounded the present status of intelligent medical image devices developments in aspects of clinical needs, national policies, artificial intelligent technology, environment for development. Then the challenges of the field were analyzed and the corresponding development directions were proposed with respect to artificial intelligent technology, medical image database, ethics and safety, pattern of innovation and development. It is hopeful to promote the efficient, persistent and steady development of intelligent medical image devices.
