Abstract:Objective To meet the requirements of the hospital information integration platform and various application software
online, ensure the high availability of the hospital information system, uninterrupted business, and improve the ability of server
deployment and integrated management. Methods The hospital built a server cluster underlying platform with VMware vSphere
6.5 super fusion architecture, deployed two sets of super fusion equipment in different places, and finally realized a dual-avtive
data center by connecting the two data centers through 10 Gigabit bare optical fiber, which were provided to the core applications
systems separately to achieve efficient and stable operation between the systems. Results Nearly 120 kinds of virtualization servers
were installed and run on the virtualization platform. The system run efficiently and stably with high resource utilization, and
the deployment cost and operation cost were significantly reduced. Conclusion The successful deployment of hyper integration
virtualization and cloud computing technology in our hospital can provide stronger IT resource management and disaster recovery
performance, significantly improve the availability and reliability of each module, contribute to the business continuity and energy
conservation and emission reduction of hospital information system, and achieve better economic and social benefits.
