Abstract:Objective Based on statistics and analysis of the maintenance data of surgical thoracoscopy in our hospital in the past
5 years, the causes of surgical thoracoscopy faults were analyzed and the countermeasures were proposed. Methods Variance
analysis, chi-square test and Spearman correlation coefficient were used to analyze the correlation between maintenance frequency,
maintenance cost and maintenance year, as well as the variation trend of human fault and normal aging with each year, and the causes
of the fault of surgical thoracoscopy. Results With the rapid increase in the number of thoracoscopic surgery and frequency of
thoracoscopy in the hospital, the number of thoracoscopic faults and the maintenance costs also increased significantly. The frequency
of maintenance increased by 100%, the total maintenance cost increased by 179%, and the average maintenance cost increased
by 39.5%. The number of maintenance and maintenance costs increased year by year (P<0.01). And the average cost of human
fault maintenance was significantly higher than that of normal aging maintenance (P<0.001). Conclusion In view of the irregular
operation in the use process, the lack of effective supervision of the sterilization process, the inadequate use training, and the lack
of strict management measures, quality control measures such as strengthened training, standardized operation, daily maintenance,
and effective management are adopted to reduce the failure rate of surgical thoracoscopy, increase the utilization rate, and ensure the
safety of clinical medical treatment.
