目的 随着我国医疗体制改革的深入推进、现代医院管理制度的蓬勃发展、审计监督工作的不断强化和医院内部控制 规范建设的日渐完善，延长医院资产生命周期，强化设备配置、使用和处置等关键环节的监督管控发挥不可或缺的作用。 方法 通过建立医院设备管理多维监控体系，从全成本大型设备单机效能分析、群体设备效益分析、部分同类设备成本效益 分析等方面出发对设备进行综合分析，设定经济效益指标体系对设备使用绩效进行考核评价。结果 结合考核评价情况，对 广泛存在的设备利用率和设备完好率较低、设备使用成本消耗过大、取得经济效益不佳等一系列问题提出整改措施，通过 整改有效提高设备利用率，提升使用效益，降低设备的投入使用成本。结论 通过构建医院设备多维监控体系，为设备配置 提供经济决策参考指标，进一步提升医院设备管理能力。

Objective With our country’s medical system deepening reform, the vigorous development of the modern hospital management system, continuously strengthen audit supervision work and the construction of hospital internal control standard is increasingly perfect, extend the hospital asset lifecycle, strengthen the equipment configuration, use and disposal of supervision and control of such key links as play an indispensable role. Methods Through the establishment of multi-dimensional monitoring system of hospital equipment management, the comprehensive analysis of equipment was carried out from the aspects of singlemachine efficiency analysis of full-cost large equipment, group equipment benefit analysis and cost-benefit analysis of some similar equipment, and the economic benefit index system was set to evaluate the equipment performance. Results Combined with the assessment situation, the paper proposed corrective measures for a series of problems, such as widespread equipment utilization rate, low equipment completion rate, excessive equipment use cost consumption, and poor economic benefits, so as to effectively improve the equipment utilization rate, improve the use benefit, and reduce the equipment input and use cost. Conclusion Through the construction of multi-dimensional monitoring system of hospital equipment, it can provide the reference index of economic decisionmaking for equipment configuration and further improve hospital equipment management ability.
