目的 运用远程放射学助力强化区域放射影像中心建设，探讨其应用方法及成效。方法 由卫生行政部门统筹指导， 以软件即服务（Software as a Service，SAAS）模式搭建放射远程诊断平台，以统一选聘专家、工作流程、质控标准“三统 一”保障平台运行，开启远程放射诊断、报告审核、疑难会诊、质控考评、培训指导五大功能发挥平台作用，构建区域放 射诊断、质量控制、技术培训三大中心，助力区域放射影像中心建设并强化其功能。对2019年6月至12月期间平台系统运 行数据进行统计学对比分析，探讨其应用方法及成效。结果 开展放射远程诊断、报告审核、疑难会诊业务，推进放射医疗 业务区域紧密协作，构建区域放射影像诊断中心丨按照统一质控标准实施质控考评，以质量管理为突破口，构建区域放射 质量控制中心丨以多种模式实施技术指导、教育培训，构建区域放射技术培训中心。通过区域放射三大中心的构建，助力 区域放射影像中心建设并强化其功能，实现区域患者医疗安全、放射质量、放射人员素质的提升。结论 拓展远程放射学运 用，可实现区域放射影像诊断、质量控制、技术培训三大中心构建，助力并强化区域放射影像中心建设，成效显著。

Objective To assist and strengthen the construction of regional radiology image center by using teleradiology, and to explore its application methods and effects. Methods Under the overall guidance of the administrative department of health, software as a service (SAAS) mode was used to build a platform for remote diagnosis of radiation, which was supported by “three unifications”, namely, experts selection, workflow and quality control standards. The five functions of remote diagnosis, report review, difficult consultation, quality control evaluation and training guidance were started to play the role of the platform, and the three major centers of regional diagnosis, quality control and technical training were built to help the construction of regional radiology image center and strengthen its functions. The operation data of platform system from June to December in 2019 were analyzed statistically to explore its application effect. Results Through carrying out the business of radiology remote diagnosis, report review and difficult consultation, the regional cooperation of radiology medical business was promote, and the regional radiology image diagnosis center was constructed. By implementing the quality control assessment according to the unified quality control standard, the regional radiology quality control center with quality management as the breakthrough was constructed. By implement the technical guidance, education and training in various modes, the regional radiology technical training center was constructed. Through the construction of three major centers of regional radiology, we can help the construction of regional radiation image center and strengthen its functions, so as to achieve the improvement of regional patients’ medical safety, radiation quality and radiation personnel quality. Conclusion Expanding the application of remote radiology can realize the construction of three centers of regional radiology diagnosis, quality control and technical training, and help and strengthen the construction of regional radiology center with remarkable results.
