Abstract:With the continuous development of the hospital towards the direction of digitalization, informatization, automation
and intelligence, people began to pay more and more attention to the design and development of the automatic blood collection
management system. However, most of this technology relied on foreign manufacturers. In order to promote the informatization,
intelligence and digitalization construction of hospitals in China, the system was studied and designed. In this research, through the
analysis of blood collection workflow, the function structure, network architecture and spatial layout of the system were designed.
The system was divided into four subsystems: number arrangement and calling system, information flow system, electromechanical
system and printing system. Industrial computer, Raspberry 3B+ development board and Arduino mega 2560 were selected as the
core controllers of each subsystem. Finally, embedded system development technology, mechatronics technology, information
system and database technology, serial communication technology have carried on the detailed design and the realization to each
subsystem of the system. At present, some of the functions of the system have been tested by running tests, and have high stability.
The implementation of the system will help to improve the level of hospital information, clinical laboratory automation, reduce the
influence of the former factors on the test results, reduce the labor intensity of medical staff, and improve the work efficiency.
